The Asscher cut, also known as square cut, is characterised by a step cut which offers a softer light and a more vintage look. The I.J Asscher diamond company, started in 1854 by Joseph Isaac Asscher was responsible for the eponymously named Asscher Cut in 1904, which was the first signature cut to be patented.
This ring is currently available in M leading edge. This can be sized up or down three sizes by laser.
